Sprint or marathon, which do we need?
A Sprint is one electric day (4 to 12 teams), perfect for offsites. A Marathon runs 2 to 5 days (6 to 30 teams) for builds solid enough to ship, with handover docs and a 90-day roadmap. Not sure? We will recommend one on the call.
What do we actually have to do?
